Hi, my name is Avital, and I’m reaching out to ask for help for someone who has been like family to me my entire life. Sarah Rivkah Bas Devorah is my mother’s best friend—like a sister to her, maybe even closer. She is one of the most positive, good-hearted people I’ve ever known, always believing that things will turn out well no matter how tough life gets.

Sarah recently received the devastating news that she has cancer. As a single mother of a sweet, special needs daughter, she’s now facing an incredible challenge—not just for her health, but to provide for her family. Her daughter requires constant care, and Sarah receives no child or spousal support, making it impossible for her to work a traditional job. Despite searching for remote opportunities, she hasn’t been able to find anything that matches her situation.

Her daughter is truly amazing—so full of happiness and joy. She brings a smile to everyone around her and is always in a good mood. She loves her siblings deeply, and they love her just as much. She also loves coming to our house, and I’ve seen firsthand how much light and positivity she brings into the lives of everyone she meets.

Right now, Sarah is struggling to make ends meet. She’s falling behind on rent, utilities, and basic necessities. The financial assistance she receives, like food stamps, barely scratches the surface of what they need. On top of everything, her cancer treatments come with overwhelming medical expenses that aren’t fully covered by insurance.

Sarah has always been a source of strength and positivity, but this is a battle she can’t face alone.
