Help Sandi Mayou Fight Cancer

Hello Friends,

Many of you personally know  Sandi Mayou, as she has touched so many lives with her Nursing career for years in Aberdeen. For those of you who don’t personally know her, well she is probably one of the strongest, most positive, energetic, happy souls out there, and we know you would love her like we do. Sandi is quite a private person, but finally has given us permission to share her current family struggle as we know that people will want to help her during this difficult time.

Sandi was diagnostics with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and over the last year has spread to other areas. Between infections and chemo she has stayed so strong for her family. Stacy, her husband works as a police chief who has had to cut back on shifts to help his wife, Sandi fight her cancer.

We want to raise these funds for her so that she doesn’t concern herself or Stacy with having to make a choice between picking up shifts and being able to be with Sandi. At this stage they also has no idea what his insurance will cover, but it’s pretty clear there will also be additional medical bills. If we raise these funds for her, they will not have to worry about making money to put food on the table, pay rent, and tackle those bills that will start piling up.

We are aware that many people are currently going through financial issues so completely  understand if you cannot donate, but even just keeping this special family in your thoughts and prayers will be very much appreciated.
