Hi, my name is Tatiana Hernandez, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my amazing niece, Samantha, a strong and courageous young girl living with a rare condition called Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita (AMC) — a congenital disorder that affects the joints and muscles, limiting her mobility and requiring continuous medical care.

Despite her young age, Samantha has already undergone three major surgeries and spent hundreds of hours in physical therapy just to gain the abilities that most of us take for granted.

Now, she is facing a critical new surgery called an Epiphysiodesis (Growth Arrest Surgery) to correct developmental issues in her limbs. This surgery is vital for her long-term mobility and well-being. After the procedure, she will also need specialized physical therapy to support her recovery and help her regain strength and movement.

Our family is doing everything we can, but the costs of surgery, therapy, and related care are overwhelming. That’s why I am turning to my friends, family and community for support.
