Today, our dear friends Taylor and Levi experienced every pet owner’s worst nightmare. Their sweet dog Roman had to undergo unexpected emergency surgery after his stomach suddenly flipped while he was at daycare—a life-threatening condition known as gastric dilatation-volvulus (GDV).

Without immediate surgery, Roman would not have survived.

Thankfully, the veterinary team acted quickly and saved his life. Roman is now on the road to recovery, but the cost of the surgery and aftercare was a complete surprise and a heavy financial burden for Taylor and Levi.
