help me move to australia to be with the love of my life! we've known eachother for over a decade, been dating for the last four, and have always been determined to live together some day. unfortunately, growing and exponential anti-trans legislation in the united states means that my girlfriend will be unsafe, unprotected, and unable to get the medical attention she needs. this means that a life together isn't in the cards here, so ultimately i'm now forced to choose between sticking to my roots in america or being with my love, and i choose the latter. an australian marriage visa costs about 6000 usd, and to ensure a 100% chance of my immigration taking hold i'm employing an immigration service as well, which adds another 2000 or so to the bill. while i'll eventually be able to raise funds to cover these costs, approval for these visas can take anywhere from 9 to 20 months, and i'd hate to start late and delay my immigration any further, especially with the tumultuous state that the united states is heading towards. any amount helps, and i'll be eternally grateful for all who contribute.
