WE’RE GETTING CLOSER — THE VILLAGE IS RISING AGAIN

Rhythms of the Village is getting closer to reopening!

After everything we’ve experienced since the Eaton Fire, we’re excited to be creating a new showroom and gathering space for Altadena residents, families, artists, and culture. We’ve done a tremendous amount of work to get to this point, and we truly could not have navigated life after the fire without the love and support of our Village.

Right now, we are transforming Baba Onochie’s garage into our temporary home while we continue working toward something even bigger. The renovation has required a new roof, new electrical, new drywall, and much more to make the space safe, welcoming, and ready to serve our community.

We still need your help. Every donation helps us complete this space, replace what was lost, and reestablish a much-needed community outlet and cultural presence in Altadena.

And this is only the beginning.

Our bigger goal is to eventually purchase a lot in Altadena and build an expanded Rhythms of the Village cultural hub—a permanent home for music, art, workshops, cultural education, community gatherings, local artisans, and the next generation.
