Help Rascals Childcare Remain Open

With great sadness Rascals announced their closure after nearly 16 years of childcare. Time is against us, as that will happen on the 1st of April  and help is limited.

This decision was not made lightly but they have been closed for just over six months with no income and a building to maintain. Unfortunately, they have not received any help from their landlord (West Sussex County Council) and their insurance claim has also been rejected. That leaves over 60 + kids with no childcare services in a period when that is needed the most as we are coming out of lockdown and everyone will be back to work.

We as parents of East Preston School decided to start a fundraising in order to help them remain open. They are an important facility for our local community and the Council should reconsider their financial help and support for them.
