Hi, my name is Tyrral Quinn. I’m a career firefighter, emergency management professional, and servant leader with over 20 years of experience on the frontlines. I’ve served in everything from urban fire stations to regional disaster response teams, and I’ve mentored firefighters, paramedics, and public safety leaders across North Carolina. But I’ve always believed leadership is more than a title; it’s a calling.

Over the last year, I’ve written a book called The Calling: The Unseen Work of Leading Well.
