Help Popeye Walk Pain-Free Again

Hello friends, we are raising money to help our dog Popeye who just turned 14 years old. About 5 years ago, Popeye tore the cruciate ligament in his rear right leg and had to have two expensive surgeries. Then, a couple of years later, Popeye had to have his rear left leg amputated because of an aggressive form of cancer growing in his ankle. This leaves the rear right leg to bear his weight. Because of his prior surgeries and old age, he has been having a lot of arthritic pain. We walk Popeye with a wheelchair, which helps a great deal, but he could use some extra help. We have purchased two different knee braces, but those we could afford didn't help very much. After doing some research, we've found many reviews saying a custom knee brace is often the only long term solution. This brace should be much more reliable, but it's not cheap. We are also raising money for a few physical therapy sessions, so I can be sure the brace is working properly.

We know there are so many worthy causes to fund, and people in need right now, so we had some hesitation about creating this fund for him, but Popeye brings so much joy to us and everyone that knows him and we want his final years to be as comfortable as possible. Thank you for your time.
