Help Paw Paw (Hugh Cox) Fight Cancer

Dear Friends and Family,

I’m reaching out to share a deeply personal journey our family is facing. In September 2024, my uncle, Hugh Cox—lovingly known as Paw Paw—was diagnosed with stage 3 squamous cell carcinoma in his parotid gland and stage 1 squamous cell carcinoma in his lung. More recently, we received the heartbreaking news of a third cancer in his bladder. Despite these challenges, he remains strong and determined to fight with everything he has.

While his spirit is unwavering, the financial burden of his treatments has become overwhelming. Even with insurance, the costs have far exceeded what we ever could have anticipated. Paw Paw has always been a source of love, laughter, and support for so many of us—now, it’s our turn to stand by him.
