Help our local children’s home go on holiday

Friends, I need your help!

Please help me raise £2500 to allow the children in our local home for children in care to go on holiday. I know this is a bit of an ask so I’m really hoping my friends and our local community will get behind us to make this happen.

Most don’t realise children’s homes still exist and certainly don’t want to believe there’s one right on their doorstep, but there is. Currently there are 6 children age 11-16 at the home. These children are some of the most vulnerable and over looked in society. They have experienced hardship that most of us adults couldn’t even imagine.

So in the past I’ve done races and auctions to raise money for various causes but this time I thought I’d dye my hair! It would be fair to say I’m not particularly ‘out there’ or adventurous in the hair department and my hair has been blonde for as long as i can remember. But I’m willing to go any colour of the rainbow to make this holiday happen! So when you make your donation please leave a note saying what colour you want to see me go. The colour transformation will then be happening at a local salon in 5 weeks time (date and salon to be confirmed soon) and I promise to keep it that colour for 3 months!
