Help our fight for Son's parental rights

This is one of the last times my son has seen his daughter in person, our beautiful granddaughter MaryGrace.
This is all due to a legal battle that has been unfairly and untruthfully driven to keep him from seeing his daughter. The battle that we have been through collectively for the last 3 years has exhausted through funds with no movement on our side at all. This past year has only made it more difficult to get our fairly processed day in court, with intentionally driven delays, unintentional delays and Zoom restrictions.
We need to raise additional funds for legal counsel so that we can continue to pursue his rights as her father to be the dad he wants to be for her. Not only will this help him as a father, but will help us as grandparents to get back to the healthy relationship that we had with her before this all began.
James Michael is a wonderful father, dedicated to MaryGrace, her health mentally and physically, and what is best for her. Our continued fight for his rights as a dad is costly. To continue our legal battle, we will need support as soon as possible from our friends, family, associates and all those who believe in a parent's right to parent. Any little bit you can donate is appreciated as each contribution gets us closer to the goal.
