Help our Dad Beat Pancreatic Cancers Butt!

On March 11th our lives were turned upside down. We thought our dad was having gall bladder issues and instead the ER doctor informed my parents there was a mass on his pancreas. We all felt like our world had crashed down in front of us. The next week that followed was one of our toughest as a family. At 7pm on the dot on St. Patrick’s day our worst fear was confirmed. Malignancy in the mass. Thankfully we are only 1 hour from some of the best hospitals in the world. Our dad will be under going extremely aggressive chemo and radiation over the next couple of months before undergoing major surgery. We have a long road ahead of us but are so hopeful in his diagnosis.

To know our dad is to love him. He would give you the shirt off of his back. He has the most contagious laugh and is the best hype man around. But most importantly he is our dad. One of the most important people in our lives. This has turned our lives upside down and we will do anything we can to support our parents and get them through this. With that being said he works at our family business and with the amount of treatment and major surgery he will need, his work schedule will be very difficult. All of his treatments will need to be done in Boston. Any little bit of help will be put towards their gas and bills so he can get the best care possible while he is not able to get unemployment. We will have a Rose Quartz fundraiser planned in the next coming months but for now any little bit of support will be so helpful to them.
