Hi everyone, I want to introduce you to Noah and his mother, Kim, and ask for your help with Noah’s medical expenses and care. Kim is a single mom and a damn good one at that. Her son, Noah, is her pride and joy. Noah loves to skateboard and ride his scooter and his BMX bike. Unfortunately, he had a nasty accident and Noah and his mom need our help. Noah is currently at Loma Linda Children’s Hospital, and has a long road ahead of him, filled with oral and facial surgeries and plastic surgeries as he has broken the Maxilla bone in his face. The bones that form the upper part of the jaw, the roof of the mouth, and parts of the eye socket and nose. The maxilla holds the top teeth in place and supports muscles involved in chewing and facial expressions. It is a major bone in the face.All of the donated funds will go to help with Noah’s medical care. Any, and all help will be greatly appreciated!
