Help my wife of 20 years get transplant

My name is Richard Estrada and my wife has cirrhosis of the liver and is currently on a transplant list at Houston Methodist. They want to do a living doner transplant on her and we have a family member that has volunteered to donate part of her liver but she has no insurance. We would like to raise enough money to get her health insurance to cover her. The hospital won't even test her without insurance. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
