Help my mum reclaim her independence

This is my mum, Sandra. She spends most of her time helping our local community from the village hall, arranging charitable fundraisers, operating a tea room, and doing whatever she can for whoever needs support. My mum is blind, she lost her sight in 2017 to Doynes Honeycomb Distrophy, and within the last couple of years, she was able to reclaim most of her independence with the massive help of a synapptic phone device. This device was lost recently, and we know it was immediately stolen and this person did not hand it in, nor answer the many calls we tried to make. We have exhausted every avenue trying to find it, and we are unable to claim anything to get her a new one. Unfortunately, these devices are very expensive, and while we hope for a day that these are free to whoever needs them, at the moment, they're not. This absolutely essential phone costs around £700. We cannot afford to pay this again after we all banded together to buy the first one, so we turn to you, the community that Sandra has helped and put her life into her whole life. If anybody can spare anything at all, we would forever be grateful. Please please, help my mum reclaim her independence, that's all we can ask. She has no idea I've posted this, I'm doing this, because she would do it for anybody else. Thank you for reading.
