My mom is our hero. She’s the strongest, most selfless person we know, and right now, she’s facing the hardest fight of her life. Earlier this year, she was diagnosed with cancer. Since then, she’s endured countless doctor visits, treatments, and sleepless nights—never losing her spirit, even when the pain was overwhelming.

But cancer doesn’t just attack the body—it attacks every part of life. Since getting the news, my stepdad has been her caregiver. Because of this, he's been unable to work regularly, and the medical bills, travel expenses for treatments, and everyday costs have piled up. He’s done everything he can to keep up, but the debt is now more than he can handle alone.

My mom has always been the one to help others—whether it was cooking meals for neighbors, offering a listening ear, or putting her own needs aside to care for family. Now she’s the one who needs help, and I’m asking on her behalf.
