Help! My kitchen ceiling fell down.

HELP! My kitchen ceiling fell down. My kitchen roof tiles need fixing and my ceiling. 
My insurance does not cover the damage. I live in Lancashire, that is known for the rainy weather.
Winter is coming, and I am freezing cold when in the kitchen. I fear that I may start getting icicles forming.
I am in poor health due to a back injury and Fibromyalgia. Also I am out of work for the moment, so my finances or extremely low.
I also fear for my health. The combination of the cold and damp may effect my asthma.
