Help Feed and Care for Lebanon’s Street Cats
Donation protected
The street cats of Beirut have been cared for by a small group of self-funded volunteers for nearly two decades. As the cat population grows, food costs rise, and the number of volunteers dwindles, the main caretaker—79-year-old Vera—could really use your help.
Vera spends every day feeding and caring for the stray cats in her neighborhood. Despite her limited resources, she buys food, provides clean water, and takes sick or injured cats to the vet whenever she can.
With the rising cost of living, it’s becoming increasingly difficult for her to keep up. This fundraiser will help cover food, vet visits, and basic supplies for the many cats who rely on her.
She doesn’t ask for help—but I’m asking for her. Any donation, big or small, makes a difference. If you’re interested in the work she does, follow the links below to learn more or stay updated. Thank you for your support!
