Earlier this year, Tom (best known as Mr. Perdz), was diagnosed with Stage II Bladder Cancer. If you know Tom, you know just how compassionate, humble, and kind he really is. He is a caring husband, supportive father, and dedicated teacher.
Tom spends many days teaching for more than 16 hours while also balancing time for his family. He is the man that would take the shirt off of his back for you. He is the man that would leave his house by 6 am to tutor a student who needed extra help before school. He is the man who provides for his family. He is the man who calls his wife just to say, “I love you.” He is the man who put his daughter through nursing school and called her everyday just to check in on her. He is the man who never missed a dance recital, softball tournament, award ceremony, pinning ceremony, or a graduation. He is a motivator and someone to look up to. Even during chemotherapy, this man continued to work and teach. He just doesn’t stop.
Tom has spent every day of his life supporting others, so I am asking that you please support him in beating cancer. Chemotherapy, office visits, surgeries, and hospital stays are expensive and have been adding up.
