A devoted husband. A loving father. A loyal friend. A life taken too soon.

We are heartbroken to share that our dear friend Taulant Kurti, a gentle soul who gave everything for his family, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer at just 50 years old. He leaves behind his devoted wife Migena and their three beautiful children: Kevin (14), Kejti (12), and Kyana (2).

Landi and Migena shared a 16-year love story rooted in strength, sacrifice, and unwavering devotion. Together, they built a life in Boston after leaving behind their home in Tirana, Albania — driven by the hope of creating more opportunities for their young family.

One year ago, that journey was turned upside down when Landi was diagnosed with cancer. He faced it with incredible bravery. Migena became his full-time caregiver, pouring all of herself into his care, while still trying to be everything her children needed. Even when advanced medicine could no longer offer a cure, she never stopped hoping, never stopped loving, and never gave up on the future they dreamed of together.

Now that future has changed. Migena is left to raise three children on her own — in a foreign country, without the man who was the heart of their family.
