Help Michelle Terrell Battle Chronic Kidney Disease

I am creating this page to help Lasley and Michelle Terrell with medical costs and financial support during their time of need.

Michelle is a teacher at a correctional facility in Oklahoma. She helps prisoners get their GED and college degrees. Michelle was voted the "State of Oklahoma Correctional Teacher of the Year" in 2022. She started out for 3 years in public education, but has taught in the Oklahoma Correctional Association for 16 years. She has spent the majority of her life helping others better themselves. Now she is in turn needing help. She is a wife, mother of 2, and mamaw to 5 grandchildren.

On July 29th, Lasley took her to the emergency room. She was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and in the hospital for 14 days. She is now on dialysis 3 times a week and her family is not sure how long she will be on it. The doctors have even mentioned putting her on the transplant list. With her hospital stay, all the tests they ran, plus the dialysis 3 times a week including gas to and from, the expenses are adding up. It is doubtful that she will be able to return to work and the loss of her insurance is terrifying. They are in dire need of financial support at this time, but also your prayers are so appreciated.
