Help Michelle Tell Cancer Who’s Boss!!

This past fall, when Michelle went to the doctor’s to check on what she thought would be a minor medical issue, she heard the words no one wants to hear, “You have cancer.” She was diagnosed with colon cancer in November and has undergone multiple surgeries in order to prepare her for her next battle, chemotherapy. This week she will begin 12 sessions of chemotherapy which will take 6 months to complete. She will be done at the end of July, just in time for a quick rest before the next school year starts.

For those of you who know Michelle, she is very independent and she is one tough woman! Cancer has nothing on her. However, every strong fighter needs support from their fans, coaches, and loved ones. We would like to help her by taking the stress of added finances off her back, so she can completely focus on her recovery.

This will be a long road of treatment and recovery, so we’re raising funds to cover expenses connected to her absence from work, meals, medical bills, and other care needed from her support team, etc.
