Hello Everyone,
Let me reintroduce myself! My name is Michael Sparks.
In Aug. 2017 I was diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer! With a lot of prayer from many family and friends, keeping the Eye of the Tiger we beat cancer!!! But with that battle came a lot of expenses.
So in 2020 I decided to enter Redcon1’s Readiness trials 50k transformation challenge. Which I won and was able to pay off all of my debt that I had accumulated.
From then, I began to have a desire to compete again. With that being said, in 2021 I entered Mel Chancey’s NPC Harbor Classic and won all 4 classes I entered!
Now the competitive fire inside me is blazing!!! And in 2022, I entered my second show NPC CJ CLASSIC and won 2-1st place and 1-2nd place qualifying me for Masters Nationals in Pittsburgh, PA.
This is why I’m reaching out to you for your consideration and help.
I’m raising $5,000 for travel, lodging, show prep, coaching, entry fees and everything else involved at the next level! Winning Masters Nationals would make my dreams a reality along with Winning my pro card! Many of you have travelled this journey with me since my bout with cancer. I cannot even begin to thank you enough for your support and prayers.
