Help Metro DC DSA Get To The National Convention!

Metro DC DSA is raising funds to help our delegates get to Atlanta for the National Convention!

The DSA National Convention is coming up in August and Metro DC DSA is sending 41 delegates to debate and vote on the direction that DSA will be taking in the next few years. This will be one of the largest gatherings of the American left in decades and a huge opportunity for us to stake out a bold vision of democratic socialism that can transform the lives of working people in this country and around the world.

Over the past year MDC DSA has exposed deportation profiteers, helped tenants band together to fight greedy landlords and shaken the halls of power in the DMV region. We want to bring our experiences to Atlanta to have them in the conversation that DSA will have about it’s future.



Every single cent of the funds raised will go to our delegates to help them get to Atlanta.

$20 pays for a tank of gas

$65 pays for one whole low-income registration

$135 pays for one hotel room split between four people

$215 pays for one regular registration



MDC DSA has already released several thousand dollars in chapter funds for delegates who need our help immediately but we can not do it alone! Please give what you can to help our delegates. Even if you can not give, please share this on Facebook, Twitter, and social media to get the word out!
