Help mend Essop Kazie's heart

If we wrote a story about our dad, Essop Kazie, it would be the greatest story ever told because he has a heart of gold. Sadly that heart is a little broken at the moment and needs mending. 

Our dad had a heart attack earlier this month (August). Thankfully he was seen to pretty quickly but after a hospital stay and various tests he now needs surgery to mend his heart.  The costs involved to get the surgery done are beyond us as a family but we are forever optimistic that with your help we can have our dad back to full health.
