Hi everyone,

My name is Julia Araiza, and I’ve been proudly involved in 4-H and FFA for the past five years. This year marks my final season in 4-H, and it was supposed to be filled with lasting memories and growth—but life had other plans.

Our beloved show calf, Mator, recently suffered a serious accident causing him to go blind in one eye and has needed extensive veterinary care. We’re doing everything we can to help him heal, but the medical bills—from emergency visits to medications and follow-up care—are adding up faster than we ever expected.

As someone who has poured her heart into raising animals and learning responsibility through agriculture, this experience has been deeply emotional. Mator isn’t just a project—he’s family. The bond we share is something I’ll carry with me forever, and I want to do everything I can to make sure he gets through this.

Asking for help isn’t easy, but if you’re able to support Mator’s recovery in any way, it would mean the world to me and my family. Every donation, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to giving him the care he deserves.
