Help Me Recover: Robbery & Assault

I’m a 19 year old, poor native artist from Oklahoma. I live on my own with no help from anyone. My father died when I was 3, so from then to my 18th birthday I’ve received social security checks to help support me. I was never allowed to touch the money, until around 16 years old, when I left my abusive, alcoholic home life. Since then, I’ve worked so hard to save every bit of it that I could.
Last Tuesday the 19th, I came home to find all of my savings (8 grand) gone. I confirmed Izayah Jenkins as the perpetrator immediately. I knew he was the only other person in my house, beside my roommate who had invited him over, since I had last seen my safe there. Also, I knew of his previous bouts with larceny, battery of women, and herion/xanax addiction. Beyond this, I knew I still had to prove he did it. Well, through his own text messages (pictured below), it’s seen that he hurriedly texted a friend to pick him up from MY THEN ADDRESS because he had 8 GRAND SUDDENLY.. Soon after I found my money missing, I was told that Izayah bought a BMW earlier in the day. After looking at the bill of sale, it shows he paid 4,800 cash for it on December 19th. So, knowing all this, I also knew I had to say something to him. Upon CALM, NONVIOLENT confrontation, he retaliated with brutality. He bit me, ripped my hair out, beat on my face, almost busted my head open on the curb.
Today the 27th, I finally got through to my detective at the Oklahoma City Police Department. I told him about the text messages, the new car he bought the day after he stole my money, and everything else I could think of to help. He told me that my evidence of the larceny won’t hold up in court, even text message evidence...so Izayah Jenkins is a free man. I’ve officially given up with the justice system, and I’ve accepted that the police aren’t going to be able to help me recover what’s mine. So I’m reaching out here for help. I have nothing now, and I’m so close to giving up. I’m afraid to do anything anymore after his threats of more violence. I need money for bills, for rent, for my car payment, for food.
