Help Me Protect My Child and Afford Legal Representation
My name is Stephanie Nataly Moreno, and I am a devoted mother fighting to protect my young son in an ongoing and extremely difficult custody battle.
For 3 and half years, I have endured verbal, emotional, mental, and physical abuse from my son's father. Even after our separation, the abuse continues-this time through the legal system. Using his money, influence, and connections with judges, attorneys, and politicians, he has repeatedly taken me to court, draining my finances and pushing me deep into debt.
I have already spent thousands on legal fees, maxed out credit cards, and fallen into financial hardship just trying to defend myself and keep my child safe. All while still trying to provide all that is needed for my child. Now, he has filed a petition seeking emergency sole custody, making harmful accusations against me, and trying to remove my rights as a mother.
I cannot do this alone. Without proper legal representation, I risk losing the most important thing in my life-my child.
I am asking for your help to raise funds for a qualified attorney who can fight for the TRUTH , protect my son, and ensure that OUR VOICES ARE HEARD IN COURT.
Every dollar you donate will go directly toward attorney fees, court costs, and necessary legal expenses. Your support means more than words can express—it's a lifeline for my son and me during this terrifying time.
If you cannot donate, please consider sharing this campaign so it can reach more people who may be able to help.If you're able to help in any way-whether through a donation or simply by sharing this-please know how deeply grateful I would be. Every bit of support brings me one step closer to protecting my relationship with my son and giving him the stable, loving future he deserves.
Thank you for standing with us in this fight.
