Help me pay for private care

Hi, my name is Kyan. I’m a trans man and I’m fundraising so I can access testosterone. I turned 18 this year and I’m so excited that I’m finally allowed to go for hormone treatment privately. I’ve known I was transgender since I was a young teenager and was referred to GIDS, the NHS’s service for transgender people under 18. Because of the long waiting lists, I’ve now aged up out of the service. I’m working on getting my referral to the Welsh Gender Service backdated but it’s a bit of a struggle. I’ve spent the past two years in supported accommodation after experiencing homelessness. I’ve just found out that I have my first flat and will be moving in next week. I have no financial family support, and am unable to work due to intense depression and anxiety stemming from gender dysphoria. I am currently living on Universal Credit, and have had to depend on the community for help with bills because the money I get is so little. I cannot afford private treatment, but I cannot live any longer without hormones. I hate asking for money and I hate asking for help, but at this point I have no choice - I can’t wait any longer. Things are looking up for me in a lot of ways - I have a new flat, I have a supportive partner - I just need this last puzzle piece. If I can get on testosterone it will help my gender dysphoria, and I think I will be okay. Can you help me?
