Generation Impact is a resource-aggregator for young people who want to make a difference. Our resource-platform connects young activists, social entrepreneurs, and peacebuilders with fully-funded conferences, scholarships, grants, apps that make a difference, youth organizations, learning & development opportunities, and more. To date, we have listed more than 170 change-making resources that you are able to browse on our website. This fundraiser is to keep the website online and our social media channels running!

Why does Generation Impact exist?
Young people want to make a difference!
Over the past years, I have had the honor of collaborating with student-run organizations that host Hackathons in Nepal, empower girls to become entrepreneurs, raise awareness about girls in tech, or have created a biotechnological solution for monitoring ecological diversity--- and many more.
These young people need opportunities and support because we need them to become leaders who create a better tomorrow!
There are so many organizations that have funding, mentorship, resources, and training available to help these youth succeed. But most youths don't know that these things exist. With Generation Impact, we want to change that.
On our website and social media platforms, we share opportunities and resources that help young people make a change.
We actively reach out to youth start-ups and ask them: How can we help? What resources do you need?
We run workshops in collaboration with organizations like Global Changemakers, NewHope EU, Your Big Year, Business InNOVAtion, or QuantumHack, training youth in social entrepreneurship, leadership, and mental health.
And we do that in our free time while studying full-time.
In the past year I, Julia Schetelig, the founder of Generation Impact, have covered all the expenses of Generation Impact myself.
That includes 78 USD for running the website for a year, 24.85 USD for the website domain, and 21 USD for our Facebook ads.
If this fundraiser raises more than 130 USD, you will help me exit the first year of Generation Impact without personal expenses.
To keep Generation Impact's website running for another two years, it would cost 156USD.
If you believe Generation Impact is a valuable tool for youth and that my team should continue to do the work we are doing, please help us with these expenses.
Even if you can only donate a symbolic 2 dollars - it would signal to us that you think our organization should keep going, and we'd be incredibly grateful for that.
