Help our friend Greer Daniels

How do you help a lifelong friend going through unimaginable hardships? You share the love. Greer Daniels has been one of my best friends since 2nd grade. Greer is the kind of guy that would give the shirt off his back for someone in need. Greer needs us now. Many of you know Greer's story but I am going to tell it. When Greer was in his twenties one night while watching tv he heard the devil scream in his head. He began having delusional thoughts and fear. This was terrifying for Greer. He was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. He didn't ask for this to happen. He doesn't want this to be his life. He can't change his circumstances he has been given. No amount of hard work or determination will change his mental illness. I am sad to say, he has said he wished God would call him home to end his sickness but he knows it's not up to him it's in God's time. Greer is on medication and it controls his mental illness but he is on disability and can't work a full time job. He has been working at a church for the past year and renting a room in a house. Greer has been told his job is ending and on top of that his landlord has decided to go in another direction and he has 4 days to find a place to live on his extremely low income. Greer found what could have been a life changing solution for his problem. A conversion van that was remodeled into a camper. He lost this opportunity to purchase because he needs money. He can't get a loan because he has no permanent place of residence etc...he has a place to park a conversion van or camper, thanks to a local business owner and good friend. If we can buy Greer a camper or conversion van this could give Greer a sense of independence and security that he hasn't had in a long time. His own safety net that someone can't tell him he has to leave. He could even get a small dog to keep him company. He could continue to paint his awesome paintings and work on his screen plays. In his own home. I am asking those of you who knew Greer back in the day to chip in and help a buddy. Those of you who know me, know my friends mean the world to me and I will do anything I can to help a friend so I really hope you will help me help him. Large amounts are welcome but enough small donations will add up too. If you know anyone that has a nice camper for sale let me know that too. Time is running out. Think about skipping that evening out or weekend in the mountains to help someone who really needs help. He is going to be homeless. We can't let that happen.
