Help Me Get Home & Rebuild My Independence
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Kenyata—and I’m reaching out for support during one of the most transformative moments in my life.
Not long ago, I made a leap of faith and relocated to California after being encouraged by someone I trusted. I came here with hope in my heart, looking for a fresh start and a new beginning. But life had other plans, and that situation didn’t unfold the way I expected. I’ve grown, I’ve learned, and now—I’m ready to return home to Phoenix, Arizona to rebuild my life on my own terms.
With just 11 days left before I have to leave my current space, I’m reaching out to my community—my village—for help to get back home safely with my belongings, and ideally, with a vehicle so I can regain my freedom and independence.
I’m asking for support in the following areas:
Transportation — Whether that’s securing an affordable, used vehicle or help with moving expenses.
Temporary shelter — In case I need to stay a night or two at a hotel or safe space along the way.
Stability — Having a car gives me the power to move forward, job hunt, and have a safe place to rest if necessary.
Your contribution—no matter how big or small—means the world to me. It’s not just about money, it’s about helping a woman rise back into her power and purpose.
If you can’t donate, I totally understand—but sharing this with someone who might be able to is just as appreciated.
Thank you for being a part of my journey. I’m believing for something better, and with your help—I know it’s coming.
Love & Gratitude,
Kenyata
