I’m beginning the journey of becoming a foster parent with the intention of adopting.
The first $5k raised will go towards furnishing the two bedrooms I have allocated for my future children.
The rest will go to new clothes for the children, along with any other necessities they might need. Anything else will be put in a savings account for their education.
I intend to work with the older children who have been in the system for the majority of their childhoods and are constantly looked over by potential foster parents. I also intend to work with siblings, so they don’t have to endure any more separation from loved ones.
