Help Me Finish My Teaching Degree in Croydon

Hi everyone!

My name is Michelle and I am studying to become a teacher in Germany, with English and mathematics as my subjects. I have worked all throughout uni to support myself and am now at the very end of my studies - but now I have financial issues and could really use your help.

As part of the degree, we have to spend three months in a country where English is an official language. Since I have a major fear of flying, the only realistic option for me was going to the UK. The only issue was that, since the UK left the EU, working in the UK as a foreign student is almost impossible. This means it was really hard to organize the financing of my stay.

I have saved up as much as I could and my grandmother supported me too, but now that I am here, I've realized that my stay is going to be even more expensive than I thought it would be. The cost of living is super high and it seems like I won't be able to stay here for the whole 12 weeks with the money I have right now. But since I need to stay here for the three months in order to finish my degree, I am really hoping that I can get your help!

Even the smallest donation would mean so, so much. Every cent I get here will go directly toward my living expenses here. If anything is left over at the end of my stay, I will put it toward finally getting my driver's licence.
