Help Mario and His Family Through This Tough Time

From Mario's family:

Our friend, father, grandfather and husband Mario needs our help to preserve his legacy and help his family as they cope with his progressive cancer. The funds will be used to help Mario’s family deal with the ongoing medical debt related to his procedures, hospital stays, medical supplies, transportation, and end of life arrangements.

On December 1st, 2023 after experiencing severe headaches Mario went to the emergency department where a day later he was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, a rare, terminal form of brain cancer. It was a devastating news that flipped his life upside down. With a slim chance of overcoming his disease Mario completed intense chemotherapy and radiation regimen. Life was different after that as Mario tried to cope with his new reality navigating life, additional chemotherapy and countless appointments in between. Despite all of that, Mario was able to return back to work full time and try to resume some sense of normalcy. All of that stopped beginning of August, despite clear MRI scans, he was unable to continue working as his mobility started to decline and he was experiencing severe pain. Unfortunately, Mario’s physical status declined by the week as he was experiencing severe complications due to cancer metastasis.

Mario is fighting the last battle for his life right now. His bravery and courage during this entire time are a testament to his determination to be free of this despite the cancer’s relentlessness.
