Help Manny Singh Win his Legal Battles

Help Manny Singh appeal.

The powers that be, will stop at nothing to prevent Scotland from becoming an independent nation. One man in Scotland has given no bigger sacrifice to achieve this. That person is MANNY SINGH.

In May 2019, a humble Glasgow taxi driver helped to organise the greatest show of strength for Scottish Independence. A gathering of 100,000 strong proud Scots men, women, children and their dugs marched for their freedom.

A start time of 1:30 pm was chosen to allow all those wishing to participate from the Western Isles and elsewhere from the length and breadth of the mainland to travel to Glasgow. To counteract this GLASGOW CITY COUNCIL forced a change of the time to 11 am but by then posters, flyers and banners had already been printed. The well oiled social media platforms had already been at work for months. Manny was stuck between a rock and a hard place.

The powers that be GLASGOW CITY COUNCIL ordered that the police charge him with a criminal offence.  He was prosecuted and sentenced to imprisonment in Barlinnie.   If taking his freedom was not enough GLASGOW CITY COUNCIL now want to take his livelihood.

At a hearing before the council on 10 March 2021, his licence was suspended.  He is appealing this decision to restore his reputation and his only source of livelihood.  More about the way the hearing was conducted by the Council committee will emerge shortly…

We now have to defend Manny in his “hour of need”. A donation no matter how small will help us towards launching the appeal proceedings to overturn this injustice. The costs of defending his reputation and only source of income have already reached £1,200 and are rising. The cost for appealing the decision of the Licensing Committee through legal representation will be £5,000. It is Manny’s intention to consider appealing the conviction and this will incur a cost of a further £1,500.  We must emphasize that Manny only has 28 days to submit his appeal from the 10th of March 2021. So he really needs your help to fulfil the amount before the closing date.

Can we now lead you to more impromptu demonstrations that have taken place in Scotland .

The numerous marches by ‘The Green Brigade’ ‘Orange Order’ Glasgow United Against Fascism’ George Square. The Glasgow Youth Art Collective’ George Square. Scottish Defence League (Nazis) No organiser arrested but all led to major disruption and violent scenes.

This week Rangers fans broke covid 19 laws Marched from Ibrox to Glasgow City Centre aided by Police Scotland.  No organiser charged.   We saw the ugly scenes where the general public were victims of racial abuse and public property was destroyed.   These scenes were broadcast across the world showing an ugly side to Scotland.   Yet why did a man of Asian descent who organised a peaceful procession find himself prosecuted and imprisoned?    You have taken his liberty, now you want to take his livelihood?

LETS FIGHT FOR MANNY, THE WAY HE FOUGHT FOR SCOTTISH INDEPENDENCE!
