Help Mae fix her car and pay for Gender affirming surgery

Hi I'm Mae, I'm a trans woman who's been transitioning for years. I'm about to make an important step forward in my transition but I'm caught in a dilemma. I was in a collision that did some damage to my car that crucially needs to be repaired imminently in order for my car to be safe to drive. I need my car to commute to work so that, on top of the fact that I'm preparing to make a life changing decision that may put me in more medical debt than I'm already in from a trip to the hospital last year puts me in a dilemma and I could use some help. Anything at all would be greatly appreciated.
