My name is Katie and I’m Lynne’s granddaughter. I live in Chico, Ca, about 15 minutes from Paradise, Ca..On November 8 the Camp Fire started in Paradise. My grandma who lives in the town of Paradise, along with thousands of other residents lost everything. The town is reported to be 90% destroyed by this fire that swept through. She is the type to never ask for help, even when it’s needed most. She watches my son for me on Thursdays so I can work, and always refuses money for watching him... even though she misses out on that day of her working to watch him for me. Two weeks prior she was in an accident that totaled her car as well. She only owns the clothes on her back she was wearing the day the fire broke out. Any donations to help her rebuild and get her life back to being somewhat normal would be greatly appreciated. She plans to use to funds to find a new home to live in, purchase furniture, basic living necessities such as clothing, food, cook wear, and also help pay for a new car. All funds will be deposited directly into her account so she has all access to the funds.
