Help Luke get his Wheels to Freedom

Hi Everyone,
First of all, thanks for taking the time to hear my story. Every little bit helps to achieve my goals.
As you guessed it my name is Luke Sharpe I’m 32 years young and I was born with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus (google it if your keen to know more) I’ve been in a wheelchair my whole life but that hasn’t stopped me from living large and following what I’ve wanted to do (of course with the support of my Mum and Sisters). This is the reason I’ve started a gofundme page, the time has come for me to get my own wheelchair accessible vehicle ok ok I know what you’re thinking I can’t drive but I now have daily support workers who help me get out and about in the community doing things I like to do, going to the movies, checking out Brisbane city or taking me to band practice – yes I’m the drummer in “The Axegrinders” but this is made extra hard since I have to manually transfer into each vehicle.
We’ve had a look around and it seems like anything descent 2nd hand will set me back $16,000 being on a disability pension makes that amount totally out of reach for me. So why not help out and chip in a few dollars to make my goals a reality. Cheers Luke Sharpe
