This is honestly very hard for me to write because asking for help is not something I’ve ever been comfortable doing. But 2026 has been one medical challenge after another for me, and after the last couple years of insane health challenges - it feels never ending.

On March 2nd, I had a bad electric scooter accident while on a work layover in Phoenix. I broke my wrist, suffered a concussion, and have several other injuries including a major shoulder and rib injury. I will be unable to work for 8 to 10 weeks. I’ve reached a point where I need to ask for a little support from the people I care about.

Since January, I’ve had tons of unexpected medical issues that had caused me to miss a lot of work (My beloved job as a flight attendant), and fall extremely behind on bills.

Most recently, I found out I have to get a hernia repair surgery in the near future, but I managed to get back to work in the meantime, while still in the middle of figuring all of that out. I trusted in the process, although so many streams of misfortune had all happened in such a short amount of time.

I excitedly got back to flying regularly for the first time in weeks.

Then, on my second day back working, I was assigned a Phoenix trip with my first solo layover... I was over the moon with joy.

The electric scooter accident happened during that layover.

Now, while in the middle of dealing with all of the other medical issues as well as scheduling the hernia repair surgery - I am out of work for 8 to 10 weeks due to the broken wrist - unpaid.

As a flight attendant, my job requires full use of my wrist and constant physical mobility, to keep the aircraft, crew, and passengers safe at all times. I’m now unable to return to work until my injuries heal.

I'm devastated to not be able to work my job I love so much, and vulnerably, I can't believe this happened right when I was just (excitedly) getting back to working again.

I am also without health insurance currently, and the medical bills are piling up. For some of the tests and treatments and surgery I will need, down payments are required with self-pay.

Things have become extremely overwhelming financially.

I created this GoFundMe very humbly and with a lot of hesitation. If anyone happens to have an extra dollar or two and feels moved to help my healing journey, I would be deeply and eternally grateful.

Please know there is absolutely no pressure at all. If you’re not able to give, I completely understand. Your kindness, prayers, and encouragement truly mean just as much to me. My life is so incredibly beautiful because of all the people in it!!
