Help Lauren and Daz rebuild their family home

In August last year, Lauren my best friend of nearly 20 years and Daz brought their first family home in Broadwater NSW. They had not long had their second child and with their baby and toddler in tow, were looking forward to making this home their castle.

 

In March the Northern rivers was struck with the worst flood in history. The whole region saw devastation like it had never seen before. Lauren and Daz's house was raised after the 1954 floods but it did not stand a chance with the river rising more than 2 meters higher than the previous record.

 

This meant that their home was almost completely submerged in water, all of their precious belongings and little things that made it home are now in a pile on the street.

This beautiful little family has to start from scratch.

 

Anyone who knows Loz and Daz know what amazing people they are, they would lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Let's do our best to help them start their journey to rebuilding their family home.

Funds raised will be put towards building materials , a kitchen, furniture and new personal belongings amongst many other things.
