Help Lani's Salon, Hair Therapy Recover from Theft

In the early morning hours on Monday February 8th, my little sister, Lani's salon, Hair Therapy on NE Broadway was broken into and robbed of supplies totaling at least $2,500 (and counting).  The deductible on the insurance to cover the theft is $1,000. Opportunities for work were lost while she had to deal with cleanup and insurance and all the headaches that come along with it. Lani has worked so hard on this salon, and 2020 brought the challenges that we are all familiar with. After a rough 2020, to have this happen now when she's up and running is hard. Hair Therapy is a Black woman owned business in Portland Oregon and needs your support now, whether that is through donating here a little to her and the businesses recovery, sharing, or visiting her salon as a customer someday. I have set the goal at $2,000 for now to cover the deductible and a cushion to help her get set back up until she knows more about how much insurance will cover. But it's most important that we get to the $1,000 goal soon to cover the deductible!  Let's give Lani a little break and some relief and love!  Thank you!
