Help Kylie Beat Brain Cancer Again

5/27/2022 Update:

We arrived to St Jude for Kylie’s first scans since end of her SECOND battle with cancer in March 2022.

We did not get the clean scans we so desperately prayed for, her oncologist sees a spot, again, in the tumor bed that we just radiated on.

It has only been 6 weeks since she ended her second round of radiation, our hearts are completely broke.

We will come re scan at St Jude in 6 more weeks to see if there has been any changes in her scan, and from there - we just don’t know at this point. We wait and pray.

Kylie was first diagnosed in 2017 at 17mos old with Anaplastic Ependymoma; Stage 3 Brain Cancer.

Our family of 5 was moved to St Jude Children’s Hospital where Kylie endured two major brain brain surgeries, a port placement, countless sedated MRIs, lumbar punctures along with 33 rounds of proton radiation to her brain.

In 2018 Kylie was deemed NED, No Evidence Of Disease.

Since then Kylie has been scanned every four months, all have which have come back clean of cancer.

Unfortunately, her scans on 12/3/2021 are now showing a recurrence of the cancer in her brain.

With Christmas at our doorstep.. we are absolutely devastated that Kylie has to fight this battle again… our hearts are broken.

As a parent you want to do everything in your power to protect your children, but Cancer is a beast and will

show its ugliness at any given time.

As hard as this is for us, we are coming to you for help.
