Help Kimbo & family in Vieques

Our brother and cousin, Kim Birchall (Kimbo), his wife Betsy Ayala and their two wee kids, Naia and Liam are living on the small island of Vieques which has just been wrecked by Hurricane Maria. At this stage there is no communication coming out of Vieques and very little out of Puerto Rico. The island has no power and no telecoms. From what we understand very little aid has arrived.

We don’t know yet what Kim and Betsy’s situation is – whether they still have a roof – or even if their house is still standing. We do know they will need financial help for repairs, rebuilding, a generator and to replace lost possessions.

Please give what you can so we can help make their lives a little easier in the difficult months ahead. We will keep you posted when we find out more.
