Kiki has endured so much tragedy in her life, more than most could take, and currently, she is facing the possibility of being homeless along with her dog, Timber.

While recovering from being severely abused by her husband, he gave up her dog, her only source of real companionship, to the shelter while telling her he was caring for him. Due to his lack of care for Timber, he now will need routine veterinary care to keep him healthy. Kiki also will have permanent and ongoing health issues due to the severity of the abuse she endured through their relationship as well as from being abandoned by her husband and left for dead.

Kiki has spent many years caring for others and volunteering in her community in the past, not only for animal control but also giving drum lessons for local youth along with fundraisers for school supplies, backpacks, and haircuts. She also cooked meals for church on Sundays for brunch.

Kiki has returned to her community where she belongs, and because of the trauma she's endured and the current situation with her health, she is unable to work multiple jobs to keep up with rent or house payments. Having an RV with all the amenities will keep her and Timber sheltered and safe along with being affordable for her to maintain.
