Hi! I’m Khiara, an aspiring obstetrician passionate about global health and serving underserved communities. This May, I’ve been selected for the VAW Global Health Alliance Medical Fellowship in Panama, where I’ll work alongside healthcare professionals to gain hands on experience in patient care, learn medical skills like taking vitals, and help provide support to communities in Panama!

This opportunity is an important step in my journey to becoming a doctor, something I’ve dreamed about since I was a kid.
