Help Kennedy Get to Her Doctor's Appointments

I am a 2 month old girl; born 3 weeks premature in the middle of a pandemic, and my parents are trying to afford a car to go see my doctor!
Here is our story, from the very beginning, and why we need YOUR help!
Due to an unfortunate family matter, we were forced to leave our home in California. However, we were blessed to have a place to stay with my Mother-in-law in Hawaii.
On September 17th and 37 weeks pregnant -- My husband and I boarded a 8 hour flight to Hawai'i to start our new lives.
On September 18th 2020, the day after we had landed, my water had broke and I began to go into labor. I labored at home for an hour and a half before being rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. Upon arrival, they discovered I was 9cm dilated and that my baby was in breech position. I had to have an emergency C-section, which was one of my biggest fears.
The very short amount of time before my surgery, I was terrified and alone.
The EMTs on-board the ambulance would NOT let my husband ride with me to the hospital, and we hadn't been able to find a car since we only landed the day before. My husband was desperate to witness the birth of his first and only child. He paid $100 for a taxi to the only hospital closest to our house, 30 minutes away.
Once he got to the hospital, the staff would NOT let him inside due to the Covid-19 pandemic because we had just moved and had not completed the state mandated 14-day quarantine. We both cried, begged, and fought for him to be allowed into the hospital to be with me, but hospital security had told my husband to leave and said that if my husband did not leave, they would be forced to call the police.
Defeated and broken hearted, my husband had to call another taxi and paid $200 round-trip to be turned away at the doors.
So, while I was in the hospital for 3 days to recover, my husband found a car and a car seat that was in our budget to come and pick us up from the hospital with.
It was in rough shape but it ran and saved us hundreds in the long run.
We have been going to more and more appointments for our 2 month old daughter and myself at the only hospital near us. The closest "big box" stores like Wal-Mart, Target, and Safeway are all 30 minutes away from us in town.
Our car that ensured that we had groceries, transportation to appointments or the water station, and to odd-jobs that help us pay our bills has become broken down and unreliable.
The back window leaks and caused the interior to begin to mold, which is unsafe for Kennedy to ride in. The engine is back firing and is losing power. The car is beginning to break down and my family is in desperate need of something that will last us the many years to come.
This is where you come in.
We need your help to make sure Kennedy (and us!) has stable transportation that provides her with proper doctors visits, food, diapers, opportunities for work, and important pieces of mail like insurance cards, social security cards, birth certificate, and benefits cards.
Your donation, whether it be big or small, will go towards a reliable car that will support us and our daughter through this pivotal point in our lives and the many more that will come.

Our next doctor's appointment is December 18th 2020. It would be amazing if we could reach our goal by then, We simply do not have the money for overpriced taxis or want to expose ourselves and others during the pandemic.
