Hey everyone. I'm Kelly Givens I'm 35y old and I'm in my late stage of renal failure. I have been a dialysis patient for about 5 years fortunately I have been accepted to the waiting list for transplant at Mayo clinic hospital in Jacksonville Florida. In order to receive this I must come up with 4500$ ..I need your help. I am asking all friends and family or anyone that can help to pitch in l. and make this happen for me.
