Help Kaylee Rebuild Her Dream Truck

My daughter Kaylee had big plans to build her dream truck. She trusted a shop in Huffman Texas to powder coat the lift and suspension off her truck .. she took it completely apart and they decided to steal the parts and refuse to return them. Police have claimed it to be a civil matter. At this point she has lost the 3 thousand dollars she paid plus all the parts to put her truck back together. We do not have the means or resources to fix it at this point. Any help is appreciated and will go to helping her find another truck and continuing her dream of building it
